Congratulations on your decision to join #TeamAPT! As with any strength & conditioning program, there are risks, including increased heart stress and the chance of musculoskeletal injuries. In volunteering for this program, you agree to assume responsibility for these risks and waive any possibility for personal damage. You also agree that, to your knowledge, you have no limiting physical conditions or disability that would preclude an exercise program. By completing checkout, you accept full responsibility for your own health and well-being AND you acknowledge an understanding that no responsibility is assumed by the coaches of the program or organization (Action Performance Training).
1. Posts on this website, including but not limited to blog posts, are made to help educate athletes on best practices in strength & conditioning, nutrition, fitness, sport, and health. Coaches & writers can not be held accountable for any possible personal damage that may occur by following advice from this website.
3. Cancellation of membership can be made by emailing email@example.com. Cancellation will be applied to the next (upcoming) month’s payment.
4. No membership fees will be refunded for any reason.
